2000 Colnago C40 Gold (Colnago 58): Bikefanclub.com

2000 Colnago C40 GOLD (Millennium edition of which only 400 were made worldwide). This is a "Colnago" 58cm...which is actually about a 56.5. Frame is clearcoat over natural carbon with matching Colnago Star fork. All lettering under clearcoat is with real gold mixed paint and headbadge is real Gold. I seriously doubt you will see another C40 Gold on the road...I believe that only about 50 made it to the States. Simply a gorgeous piece of machinery.

Bike is complete with Campy Record carbon 10 speed and the following parts:

*ITM Colnago Gold Stem
*Easton Carbon bars
*Colnago Gold carbon seatpost
*Colnago carbon hubs with Colnago/Ambrosio clinchers
The original Colnago carbon tubulars were replaced with the clinchers for my ride preference.
*No Seat
*Pedal...can include a used Look 357 if buyer desires.

Bike has less then 200 miles on it and is "AS NEW". Wife wants one of my high end rides gone. Its either this one or the Calfee Tetra Pro (also listed). Love to keep both, but will be happy with either one that stays...and the buyer will be very happy with either ride. Based on my wife's request, will not entertain any trades or bargain hunter (give Ebay a shot).
