How convenient. Sounds like a bunch of hooey to me. With less than twenty miles why did the guy hurriedly repack the bike before jotting down the SN – which he should have known people would be interested in? As the bike is still so new, it shouldn’t be too difficult to do an informal title search with if this fellow will give you his name then check with Stella. Even with the name you still won’t be know 100% but it might make things a wee bit better. I’m still wondering why, with only 20 miles, the bike is going for half price. Sounds like a stolen bike to me. If it is, anyone that sends this guy their money deserves in turn to get ripped off. I’ll eat my helmet if this is legit – this is an easy statement to make, as I don’t think it is (and I love Styrofoam with sweet and sour sauce). B. You can contact the purchaser through E-Bay and ask him questions. Go to the sellers feedback and click on the buyers eBay name. I have never been ripped off on E-bay but I am always very cautious. Good luck One other thing to think about is the warranty, if the seller is not willing to ship the bike back to Calfee for the inspection and handle the $$$. You may not be able to transfer it. My only advice is use paypal and get the 'Money Back Guarantee Policy".
