I'm trying to find out more about this bike, metallic blue to grey fade with yellow decal scheme same as I've seen on the older lemond carbons(calfee?, I'll try this on that forum too). Horizontal rear dropouts. Had campy record 8sp parts and delta brakes, fork had ti dropouts, ibis ti stem, synchros ti post, time pedals. Seat stays attached to the outside of the seattube and bevelled there like many older steel frames, seat binder integrated and extended a couple cm. Grateful for any info. Seems there were many makers of his older ti frames, and I don't have a serial number.

There is a Lemond Ti on eBay the the seller claims is a Clark Kent made bike. Maybe the pics will help you: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=22681&item=3662617201

Thanks, that looks more like the one starliner described than mine. Mines got th really odd - for a ti bike - seat stay join, maybe just some oddball frame from between the clark kent and litespeed days.

I am the seller that claims that it is indeed a Clark Kent Ti bike. My friend has a Clark Kent frame that year that is the exact same frame down to the rounded seatstay ends and the same rear brake arch. It is a really nice frame. I have too many frames collecting dust in my basement.
It is really hard to find any info on Clark Kent bikes
Still trying to sell it.

Yeah, hard to find ck info, but thanks to your picture I now have a better idea. Turns out my frame was probably made by sandvik in the early 90's. Chainstays are straight and round and the seat stays join to the outside of the seat tube - different from your frame's more normal seat stay join. Mine handles and fits me better than other stock bikes i've tried and I tend to think this is because of the type of geometry lemond liked. It'd be nice to know if that geometry stayed consistent through the different builders.
