Now that I'm down to 162 at 6'2" shes feeling a bit more sluggish than I'd like. I lost the 36 spoke C-Record wheels and cassette and that shaved off an immediate pound and I'm wondering if ditching the rest of the C-Record in favor of 9 speed Dura Ace will make much of a difference. On paper it shouldn't be that much of a saving, but I'm always convinced that Campy lies about the weight of their stuff. Anybody have any experience with this?
