2002 vs 2004 differences, Team SC

Hi all,
I have the oppourtunity to purchase an 2002 Team SC. Will someone please tell me the difference between these two frames (if any).

I believe the only difference between the 2002 and the 2004 model years is the paint scheme and possibly the fork. I know the 2003 and 2004 frames are the same other than the paint.
It's a great solid frame!
