It's time to stop lurking in the forum, because I just got word that my new Dragonfly is shipping today.
I think I hurt my back jumping up and down. Pictures of course will be posted the moment that I get it built up (with the new DA 10 speed I have here, and the Zip 303 wheels. Yumm.)
Next step, my trusty Litespeed gets S+S couplings and becomes my travel bike.

It's a clear coat Dragonfly 52 (stock, fits me great). Alpha Q Sub 3 fork.
At home I've got the parts waiting for it. DA 10 speed group, either Easton CF bars (which I currently ride/love) or K-wing (still not sold on it yet). DA pedals. Zip 303 wheelset. Probabably a Fizzik saddle, though I've got another Terry Men's fly Ti here, and I love those. Flight deck wireless. Mmmmmmm.
Too bad it shipped ground. I should be able to ride it some time around July.

if you want to get the k-wing i got mine for a good price ($209) at bikesomewhere.com. i also got the dura ace 10. i'm still debating about which computer to get. my friend has the flight deck but he's been accidentally pressing the buttons while on the hoods. i like the wireless cadence of the vetta v100. i also like the one with an altimeter. just don't know if it's really necessary. i'm also a 52, wanna swap bikes? hehe.

I have Flight Decks on 3 bikes and I've used one since 97. I will hit the off button but that is it. This I usually do when I'm working on the bike not when I am riding. It takes a fairly hard push to trigger the hood buttons. I've never in all those miles triggered the right one at all.

You got yourself a damn nice bike. I'd love to see a photo when you get the bike. For the handle bars I would strongly recommend the CF Kestrel EMS Pro bars. I have used nearly all the ITM and 3T aluminum bars ever made and the Kestrel gives me the best feel vs stiffness vs. price of any bar I have ever tried. In all fairness I have not tried the Easton brand bars, nor the FSA varieties, but the Kestrel bars are so super comfy and stiff, that I can't see any reason to switch...except maybe the Calfee bar-stem CF cambo, but that set-up is way pricey. Just my .02 Longtime COG users may recall I am not a fan of any easton CF bike products, especially their forks. Enjoy that new ride!!! ...Mark

I've never hit the wrong button. I'm on about 4000 miles with flight deck on various bikes, and i've always found it works great, and I don't have to take my hands off the bars to see stats.
My only complain is the amount of time it takes holding the button to swap the modes. I wish there were a better way to toggle between the primary data display and the secondary set. But usually I don't need max/avg speed while riding. And I'll swap over to cadence mode only when I'm climbing to try and do cadence training.

Welcome to the club!
Wouldn't happen to be "rockland" Maine would it? If so, we can go for a Calfee ride together when we're up there at our summer home in late July.
