Any owners? Thoughts? Gripes? Loves?
Soon as I get another frame and some parts sold I think I've convinced myself to get a Steel Deluxe.
It'll have XT/XTR drive train, mavic crossmax, xtr rim brakes, easton carbon bar, 80mm fox fork.
I have an 04 s-works epic. And another bike (the frame) I'm getting rid of. Thought about getting another bigger travel squishy, but all the frames I'd want are disc specific. And I don't have another set of disc brakes or wheels. But then I also told myself, "Look, you're not a big drop masher or downhiller. The Epic's only a hard tail when it's flat, otherwise you're riding full suspension. A hard tail will give you the competely different experience you're looking for and make you a better rider."
Am I right?
