My Tetra is nude and 303 really keeps the bike and decals looking clean. I haven't had a problem with decals peeling or fading, though I've only had mine for less than a year. On my buddy's dragonfly, on the other hand, the decal on the top tube is fading and has a rough texture to it now. He uses 303 religiously but I think he must somehow rub his leg up against the decals when he's standing around on the bike. I guess the best advice is to use 303 on a regular basis (I do it every week) and be careful around the decals.

I bike to work and leave a bottle of 303 there. The flooring is tile and you'll find that 303 is pretty slick on tiles. As a result, I spray 303 on a soft cotton rag, generallly damped, and wipe the frame that way. I occ. spray directly on the frame in my garage but tend to get a lot of overspray. No big deal if you can wipe it off. I even use it on my components. I try to avoid the brake pads and braking surfaces....don't want to take any chances. Definately wipe on the decals. It'll make it look like new. You'll love that stuff!!!!
