Is it about impossible to get a really good carbon fork with threaded steerer tube anymore? Two reasons I prefer one, I don't like the new clamp on stem system. Bulky, limited adjustability(once you cut, there's no going back) and just plain ugly on a beautiful sleek bike. And, I've got a gorgeous quill stem from 3t that has a front clamp for removing the bars w/o stripping off all of the hardware.
Anybody have any leads on quality products out there?
Thanks, in advance,
Khan

I'd drop Sheldon Brown a note. He might know.

Seriously. Bike Nashbasr sells carbon forks with threaded steerers. It is a great souce for all such 'outdated' equipment. Stuff that still works great, but is no longer in vouge. Like 1' stems and steerers too.
