general Pegoretti frame geometry compared with other handmade or Italian frames? I am thinking of seat tube angles ...are they slacker or steeper? and how would this affect ride. I know it is probably a small part of the equation. Thanks for any info. A

If you check importers' sites (Gita, etc.) and good retail sites (Competitive Cyclst) you'll find enough geomtery tables to make your head spin. Believe me, I've done it. Also, if you have a specific geometry you want, Dario will build it for you. Check out the custom Peg order form on the Comp Cyc website. Cheers.

I can't answer your question any better than the last poster, unfortunately. I've got a Peg Marcelo sitting in my shop, built and ready to go. I have to wait for the snow to melt this spring before I get it out on it's shakedown ride.
On the flip side, skiing is great!

Thanks for the replies. I guess I was driving at the philosophy (or general build philosophy) of what Pegoretti would prefer to build. I gave no input into the build (I have a Marcelo nearly ready to go) but my guess would be that he will build any geometry you like (within reaon). I supplied some body measurements and they did the rest. Thanks again. A
