$2500.00 OBO.
This is a custom nude bike. I'm not selling the case. It is nominally a size 55, but I think what was really done (as Calfee doesn't do a size 55) is to take a 56 and modify a bit - the joints are hand-wrapped.
With the exception of the chainstay length, which is normal for this size bike, the geometry is a clone of a Colnago C40 size 55, with the exception that the top tube is 55 cm long (measured center to center). The head angle is quite slack 71.7 degrees, and seat tube is steepish 74 degrees.
The bike is perhaps 3 YO? There is some superficial scoring/scratching on the downtube - I've rubbed it with 303 protectant, and it's hardly noticeable. Otherwise the bike is in really fine shape. It was used for the Seattle-To-Portland (double century) and the training leading up to that one year, a sprint triathlon, and has been ridden a bit on perhaps 3 trips. Other than that, it has not been ridden much.
Full Campy. Mostly Chorus 10, but probably some Record (I actually can't remember anymore). Colnago Ero-Light stem 125mm. FSA compact carbon cranks, 50-34. Mavic Ksyrium tubular wheels. 13-29 cassette - I *believe* the casset is a steel Chorus one, not the ti Record one. Tufo S22 tire on the front, and Elite Road on the rear. Colnago branded carbon seatpost. Selle Italia ProLink TransAm saddle. ITM Millenium roadbars - 44 cm.
This is a bike for a 5' 10" person with short 30 inch inseam. If you have these dimensions you have a hard time fitting standard frames. Check with Craig what he wants for a bike like this - a couplered Tetra with custom geometry. I think you'll find this is quite a buy.
Serious inquiries only. Please do not email me with questions about the bike unless you are a serious candidate for purchasing it.
