Is it possible for the new owner of previously owned Calfee to get the warranty transferred or does the process need to be initiated by the original owner?
I recently picked up a 2004 Luna Pro with full Dura-Ace and the Alpha Q Sub3 fork for around $1400

I have the very same question. Can someone help us out? I might be willing to spring for a second warranty, but I am a little leery of spending $250 to do it. I'da split it with the previous owner, but he wasn't the first owner and didn't have the little darlin's papers. Though the frame was never built on.

Call Calfee. They will explain it all. Have your serial number.
