FS: 2001 Serotta CSi 61cm, custom
#6284 - 07/08/05 09:11 PM (68.227.225.89)

Hi All,

It looks like it's time to part with my beloved CSi. This is the bike that got me back into cycling, but with improvement comes bike lust and I'm running out of room.

Here are the specifics:
2001 CSi
ST: 61cm
TT: 58cm
HT: 22.46cm

STA: 72deg
HTA: 73.5deg

BB drop: 7cm
CS length: 42cm

I'm including the following components along with the frame:

Serotta F1 fork (1" steerer tube)
Campy Record 1" threadless headset
Serotta (ITM) 10cm stem
Serotta (ITM) Anatomic drop bar (44cm c-c)
Serotta Carbon seatpost
Serotta Flite Trans-Am saddle
Touch-up paint

The frame is a two color classic fade with "Onyx" on the top and "Platinum" on the bottom. The fork blades are painted "Onyx."

There are a few paint chips on the drive side chainstay long with evidence of a chainsuck accident that resulted from a friend borrowing the bike. All of the marks are cosmetic and will be touched up prior to sale. I have a very involved touch-up process that I use which renders the marks virutally invisible. Aside from the chips the bike is flawless and has never been crashed or even seen rain.

I'm honestly not sure what to ask for it, but I'm thinking something in the neighborhood of $1200.00 plus shipping. If I'm out of line please let me know.

I plan to tear the bike down this weekend after a farewell ride and then work on the paint touch-ups. It will probably take about 4 days to work the paint so I could be ready to ship by Friday 7/15.

Please feel free to contact me with all questions and/or offers.

Thanks!!
-Andrew
