Zipp 440 Wheel Reuild?

I've been lucky enough to be given a pair of Zipp 440 wheels by my father in law. Unfortunately the rear hub is a mavic 8 speed, with a screw on block, but my current setup is 10 speed.

Does anyone know if you can rebuild carbon fibre wheels?
