Pinarello Catena Lusso: Bikefanclub.com

So, I quit smoking, get down my old college bike and start to ride, go to the bike shop to see about a tune up and discover a crash twelve years ago bent the forks and cracked the headset tube. Yikes! Looking to replace the old steel Viner, I find this old, never been built up Pinarello Catena Lusso on e-bay that is just the right size. The paint is beautiful, but the decals are cracking and peeling - any idea where I can get new decals?

And, does anyone know anything about the frame itself? I am assuming it is from the mid-80's but really have no idea.
