Hi all,
Well this beauty has to go to make room for another carbon rig. For sale is a custom Tetra-Tri frameset with stem and seatpost.
$800
What's so custom about it? Well, it uses standard Calfee road geometry with a 50cm seat tube and a 52cm top tube. The angles of the tubes are NOT tri-steep - they are standard, but the the frameset uses 650c wheels. The headtube is also extended. I purchased this frameset directly from Calfee as a used frameset but I had it repainted before delivery to me. It basically looks brand new. It carries a 25 year warranty for me, but this is not transferrable. Refer to Calfee's website see how you can get the full warranty.
The fork is a True Temper Alpha Q-pro.
The frameset only has about 300 kms on it. No racing, crashes, falls etc. Paint is immaculate.
Includes a Chris King headset, 3/4 inch carbon spacer, Easton EA70 stem 110mm, EC90 all carbon seatpost and a front derailleur band. The EC90 carbon seatpost has been lightly sanded up to the number 8 mark. This was done to ensure that there would be no slippage. This leaves about 5 inches of exposed seatpost to the seat rail clamp.
The color is Cabernet Red fade - a solid red fade to a translucent red which shows the carbon fiber.
Questions? Ask here or email me at nemod@shaw.ca.
Here is a picture of the full bicycle - only the frame, fork, headset, stem, seatpost and FD band is for sale. I put the faded message over the image to prevent scammers from stealing my pic. I will have more pictures later in the week.
I will be selling the wheels separately.
Will only sell within the U.S and Canada and will only accept Paypal. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any cross-border duty /taxes that may occur.
Thanks for looking.
