I am looking to buy a not too old steel frame. My size would be 48cm or 49cm. Also, it should have a 1-1/8" head tube. Would prefer a non mass produced frame. Thanks

Pawn shops. Goodwill. Garage sales. You never know...
I'm always searching for the same to convert them to Fixed gear. I was in my shop the other day...telling them about my latest Fixed project, and guy goes, "Hey, you'll appreciate this" And he rolls over a yellow Pinarello, Reynolds, full campy everything, probably from the late 80s or so.
He found it in a dumpster!
