I bought a Calfee frame in 2005. I've been struggling with a back injury for 5 years and the frame was not right for my back situation. I have all of 100 miles on the bike. I have tried 2x on ebay to sell it. I have posted it here too.
Any suggestions on selling this frame? Any help would be much appreciated. Calfee makes an awesome frame, it just wasn't right for me. I'm not trying to make money on the deal, but I'm not trying to lose a ton of money either. It would be a great deal for someone. 54cm Tetra Pro, nude w/ Alpha Q fork, w/ 2 cm head tube extension. Thanks, Patrick

You could try the road bike review classifieds. I bought a bike from there a couple of years ago. "www.roadbikereview.com" I think it costs a couple bucks to post an add.

I second the roadbikereview.com idea. I've sold 3 bikes and lots of gear through that site. I've posted most of the same stuff here without any nibbles.

There's your problem right there. Too small* for me, see? Have another built my size you'll have no problem selling it off fast.
*Build it around 58cm or thereabouts.

You might reconsider your price. To see what other Tetras have sold for, look at the completed auctions for Calfee http://search-completed.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=so&sbrftog=1&from=R10&fcl=3&frpp=100&satitle=calfee&sacat=7294%26catref%3DC6&fsop=1%26fsoo%3D1&coaction=compare&copagenum=1&coentrypage=search&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=ZIP%2FPostal&fis=2&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&so=Show+Items where you'll see about 2 weeks worth of auctions. These sales might give you some idea of what bikes similar to yours are selling for.
You have some choices to make regarding money, time and convenience when selling your bike. There are a lot of places to advertise your bike, all of them will take some effort on your part. Some more than others. The RoadBikeReview classifieds is one of the largest marketplaces outside of eBay: http://classifieds.mtbr.com/cgi-bin/classifieds/classifieds.pl?db=Road&website=RoadbikeReview&language=&session_key=
Another thought is will the shop that you bought it from help you at all with the selling? Perhaps consignment or they might refer someone to you. Asking, and maybe a case of their favorite beer might do some good.
Good luck!
