The mounts of that era frames were Titanium bands that wrapped almost around the tubes and had a stud welded on. If the owner had the mounts updated, then the rear drop outs are probably also updated. I can't tell from the photos. The shifter bosses can also be moved to the head tube and changed to cable housing stops for Ergo or STI shifters. ...or you can just use the bosses in the current location for the housing stops.
