Cannondale road tandem size X/M near perfect condition,never raced or wrecked,includes 2 wheelsets.Less than 200 miles on the frame and wheels.Wife and kids have no interest.Purchased 9/05,same frame as currently offered.

Fromt toptube is 60.5,rear toptube is 28.1" or 71.3cm. All angles are 73

Frame and fork are disc brake or canti/v brake compatible (there are no canti studs on the frame/fork,but the bosses are there).The frame also has a mount for a drum brake.It is built with Avid 203mm road disc brakes.Frame dropouts are threaded for racks or fenders,and has mounts for a rack and a fender on the monostay.6 water bottle mounts,4 bottle cages included. The pictured saddles are included if you want them.No pedals

Wheelsets are DT/Swiss Hugi tandem hubs 40 hole,straight spokes laced to Mavic A719 rims,with a Sram 11-34 9 speed cassette,and Panaracer Pasela 700x35 folding tires.This is a heavy duty wheelset.

The second is a Velocity built set using their tandem hubs,40 spoke,Deep V rims,butted spokes,Conti 700x28 tires and a Sram 12-26 9 speed cassette.This is a go fast wheelset.

Both wheelsets are equipped with rotors so they can be changed in a few seconds.

Tire clearance -the frame and fork will accept at least a 700x40 tire.

I could only find 2 minor imperfections-a tire rubbed the underside of the fork,removing a small amount of paint,and a very small paint chip on the driveside seatstay.They are both too small to photograph.As usual,the dropouts are marked where the wheels were installed.

Bike handles great but does not get ridden.For reference,Captain is 6'1",stoker is 5'6",son 49" with crank shorteners.

Price is $1750 and also includes a set of crank shorteners.
