Do a google search for hanging digital scales. Given that what you're after weighing is <=25 pounds, you can find a good digital gram scale that is actually accurate. I recently searched myself, but since I wanted to be able to weigh my mountain bikes as well, I wanted on that could do up to 50 pounds (DH bikes are heavy Anyway, what I discovered along the way is that the scales that are accurate to a small number of grams (say to 20g or less) cost a fair bit more and are a fewer in number. I think you'll have a lot better luck given the 25pound or less range. The scales are typically fishing scales, or various others.

Try americanweigh.com, I think that's where I got mine.
