Looking for peace of mind RE new Calfee....: Bikefanclub.com

Hello All.
I'm eagerly awaiting delivery on a new Cabernet Tetra Pro. Very excited needless to say. Although I'm now happily ensconced in sylvan North Jersey, I still remember when I was pushed off my peugeot in Philadelphia and parted forever from my favorite bike. Two guys working together! Apparently happens all over the place. In any case -- assuming that that happens only once in one's life, I am still concerned about a few things with such a pricey new machine on the way. Things like getting "lost" while traveling with me to CA, damage in shipment, someone slinking away w/ it outside my favorite coffee shop, or breaking into my house.... Not to be overly paranoid here, but does anyone have any experience here? Is such a yummy bike covered by homeowner's insurance? Do you need to get a special rider -- no pun intended? Thanks!
