To refresh your memory, I had bought it on Ebay and the ti in the bottom bracket was spinning in the shell. The cabernet clear coat look was chipped and cut everywhere. I was not too happy. I sent it back and talked with Craig and Dean about my options and my lack of funds as a school teacher. After about a month I found the frame box waiting for me when I got home, I was expecting a Frankenstein looking frame. TO my amazement the Tetra was brand new, this couldn't be the frame I had sent away. They had done such an incredible job and I have been thrilled with it ever since. I am loving the nude finish.
