According to Sacha, the frame is almost done and the stem and fork are done. He just needs to braze "Vanilla" onto the downtube and then have the frame painted, which he is still thinking about. I was also thinking of picking up a Surly Steamroller for some commuting on nice days when I don't have to carry any loads (no extra clothes, lunch for work, etc.) and can go with a bare bones bike.
