Seatpost suggestions
      12/07/05 04:43 AM (68.126.22.128)

I can't seem to find a seatpost that won't slip. I went through 3 carbon ones (Deda, Easton, & a Campy knock-off) & then called Calfee. I was then told that carbon posts can vary in actual diameter. At the cost of carbon posts I wasn't about to buy a ton of them, so I stuck with my Campy ti post. I thought that it was staying in the right place, but after measuring my saddle height it has slipped over 1 cm in the last month+. I hadn't even noticed since it was happening so slowly. I put it backed where it belongs, tightened the seatpost clamp as tight as I could get it (gotta love steel bolts!) & I was able to grab the seat & twist it. Not cool.

The fellas at Calfee recommended a Thomson post as one that was a definite tight fit. Any suggestions? Thanks,
