I did, in fact, restore a '99 Ibis Spanky and built her up with a combination of juicy NOS and new components. ...And then I gave her to my father-in-law. He loves her. Damn him...I think those words every time he calls to tell me about how well she climbs up the San Gabriels. In return, he gave me a 76 Raliegh International with Campy NR comps. It's badly in need of restoration, repaint, rechrome and a metric butt-ton of polishing. BUT, the derned thing is hopelessly too small for me. Sigh. I'm rambling...I know.
