Since Kleins have internal shift cables they don't have the braze-on type mount for barrel adjusters (or downtube shifters for that matter) on the downtubes. Up until (I think) 2002 they provided barrel adjusters for Shimano shift cables at the point where the cables leave the STI levers and that location works great for Shimano only. Since Campy shift cables are hidden under the bar tape there's no place to put the barrel adjusters. In 2002 Klein changed to downtube barrel adjusters which work with both Shimano and Campagnolo but they're not the same as what comes when you buy a shifter set since they have to fit in Klein's aero cable guide. I haven't seen these close-up but I know the Klein dealers can get them, and they can still get the hood-type adjusters too. Anyway I'm not sure if you get the barrel adjusters when you buy a bare frame but you'll probably want them before your build-up. Timto built his without any adjusters and that may or may not become an issue during shake down; personally I like having them.
Be sure to download the owner's manual and tech manual from the Klein web site and you'll find more information there.
