Do you have a photo of them?
If so, I spoke with a wheel guy once, who told me about a frame painter. I had an old frame that I wanted repainted with original decals, which were torn, scraped, etc. He said the paint shop he was telling me about scans and does whatever and recreates them.
Find the high end paint shops (bicycle) and ask them for guidance...if you have some photos or something to go by.

Oh and, "Hey," post a photo of the frame. I have an '02 vortex before the tubes got all shaped up. Would love to see a photo. Post here or send me a PM.
