The MX is a very, very nice-riding bicycle. The fact that it's for bigger, stronger riders does not mean that it's made from gaspipe or has the ride of a rigid old Cannondale. Merckx knows how to make a frame that's rideable, which is more than can be said of many frames produced here in the states. After all, would you buy an Italian football helmet? Of course not, so why not buy a bike that's made by someone who's been racing them for decades? Also check the Moser Leader AX Steel or Coppi or Ciocc or the ital bikes sold thru Torelli.
