I own three Serottas (2 road, 1 mtn.) and they are fine bikes, but the reverence exhibited on the S board escapes me. They are, after all, bikes. Many other bikes may be better. I also did not chime in when one of the threads started to focus on the ST rear. I would hate to suffer the inevitable. I have one (bought used) and, for the life of me, cannot see any benefit. If I were to replace my frame, it would be with a "normal" set of seat stays. What I would really like to see is some "super slo-mo" of this set up next to a normal one. That would be enough proof for me.
