It's a great bike...period (upright or recumbent.) Brought it to the shop for an inspection and 2nd owner's warranty and met some staff and Craig Calfee. He spent about an hour and a half with me. What can I say but the customer service was as good as the bike itself. What is the best reason to buy a great bike? My wife said it best "you look happy on that bike."
