I was considering ordering a Seven custom cross frame and sent several emails.(I do not have a local dealer). All went unanswered.
Shortly thereafter,a mint used one came up precisely like what i was considering,so I bought it.My thoughts were that I could use it as a learning platform and tweak the fit or stiffness if I ordered a custom.
The fit was perfect, but the frame was -way- too soft for me.I was not surprised that some aspect of the frame was not right for me,and I could not blame Seven for that.
I called them to discuss ordering a custom, and they would not discuss the frame I had with me,citing privacy issues. I said that I don't want any info on the original purchaser, just frame stiffness and angles. They would not discuss it.
I told them I would buy a frame elsewhere and I did.
How can a company with such poor customer relations expect to stay in business?
