As you may know, I don't really like to write stuff in this forum since it is a forum for our customers, not us. In this case though, I may be of a little help. So here goes;
Bill and his people make VERY nice bikes as you know. They are nice guys to boot. The two most obvious differences between their stuff and ours are; 1) weld style and 2) tubing availability. We use a smooth weld. You can see some of them on our web site in the owners gallery. The tubing issue is pretty simple, because Merlin makes our frames for us to our spec, we can pick from the widest range of 3/25 tubing in the industry, and then alter gauges, but lengths, shapes, bends, etc. to pretty much any degree. That is pretty much it since Davidson offers all sorts of paint options as we do. Hope this helps.
