Last weekend the rear rim gave up the ghost -- fairly severe cracks around a couple of the spoke holes. This failure was sudden, but not the result of any catestrophic event (e.g. pot hole). I weight about 145# soaking wet. Frankly, I'm pretty disappointed as I expect a hell of a lot more than 10K miles out of a wheel. I'm going to give some eyeletted rims a try now -- specifically the sun ringle MA14E's (non-anondized).
