More updates and opportunities for everyone to poke fun and share in my idiocy. So training continued this weekend. I was 1 1/2 into my ride when I hit a wet spot or just spazzed out and off the road and into the gravel I went. Before I could react I was on my back sliding down the highway. Fortunately no cars were coming at the time. My first thought was not is my head still attached, or am I o.k., but oh #$@$ my baby. The only damage appears to be a front wheel out of true. I have been riding for 5 years now and this was my first major fall. Outside of the standard,"You gotta get back on that bike", any suggestions for regaining your confidence. I won't have any problems riding again without traffic, but how about gaining confidence in traffic again. I am determined to not let this spill slow me down. I guess these things are bound to happen. For everyone on the forum who will now for every be scared of riding with me I say:
"I am excellent driver, slow in the driveway"
"be afraid be very afraid"

Maybe this will sparks some fun on the forum.
Enjoy
