My Calfee experience has been nothing but first class. Dean and previously Stella have always done a 1st class job at servicing any questions that I had regarding my bike. You articulated my feelings letter for letter. FYI, I had my first crash this weekend. I managed to hit a slick spot in the road and skidded down the road on my back. I was sure that I would find major paint damage to the bike. To my surprise nothing, not a scratch. The bike did land softly in the grass, but I was sure that there would be some damage. The only repair necessary was a front and rear wheel truing. I couldn't feel more confident about my purchase. My confidence in my cycling skills on the other hand will take some time to recover.
