I'm 6'1" and about 180. I have a 60 cm. tetra pro with stock tubing. It's plenty stiff for me - but I'm no clydesdale. If I had a fixed budget I'd definitely go for the Luna Pro and get some nice wheels or something else. The .25 pound difference is practically meaningless if you're talking about a noticable difference on a given ride. What side of the bed you woke up on will have more of an impact on how fast you are than a quarter of a pound in the frame. I certainly don't regret my decision - but if I was in a more monetarily constrained situation then (as I am now) - I'd go for the Luna without a doubt.
