Alpha Q Sub 3 fork. At home I've got the parts waiting for it. DA 10 speed group, either Easton CF bars (which I currently ride/love) or K-wing (still not sold on it yet). DA pedals. Zip 303 wheelset. Probabably a Fizzik saddle, though I've got another Terry Men's fly Ti here, and I love those. Flight deck wireless. Mmmmmmm. Too bad it shipped ground.
