Currently I'm running Dura Ace triple on all my bikes. I can see no tangible benefit to change out to a 10-speed anything. Makes no sense to me. Now that said, buying a bike that is already equipped with a 10-speed drivetrain might be attractive, but I can't see what a 10-speed does for me. 10-speed chains and cassettes are 50% or more costly than the equivalent 9-speed stuff, yet won't last as long. I'm not a retro-grouch by any stretch. To the contrary, I'm often the eagerly sought-after early adapter.
