In several months of riding in Sydney and Melbourne during the past few years, I have seen exactly three Litespeeds. Either Litespeed have no presence here, or they're just too expensive in Ozzie dollars.
The AUD has increased dramatically against the USA greenback in the past year (2003-2004), from < $0.50 to about $0.75, so maybe Litespeed will be able to get a foothold in the market, if they want to.
At the Jayco Bay finals in Melbourne yesterday, I saw a couple on Litespeeds, with Voler clothing. My first thought was that they were visiting Americans. I eventually overheard snippets of their conversation, and they had Australian accents, but I didn't get a chance to ask them about the bikes.
I brought my Ritchey BreakAway, so I'm not riding either of my Litespeeds while here, either.
