It began to shred on the first ride. Since the product is a weave of fibers, each time your foot gets close, it pulls another fiber. A totally low tech option is duct tape. Sounds crazy & I wouldn't put it on a Calfee, but on a Cannondale it works great. My Dragonfly's brand new, so the one that came in it fit perfectly and looks great.
