I was sent to the ER once for hyponatremia(low sodium).I'm diabetic and I think I just p***ed the salt out.I use tablets called "thermotabs" now,which are available at any pharmacy by order.They have salt and potassium,and I put 1 in a waterbottle. Most people adapt to the heat and "salt spare" after a couple weeks.I notice that my sweat gets less salty in my eyes after several weeks.That said,I don't ride well in the heat. dan -------------------- no signature Post Extras
