I had an electrical fire in my house and the company did not want to pay the full amount of the repair. It was over a weekend in the winter so emergency service was the only way to go. They would only pay 1/2 of it and would not budge. To make a long story short...it was illegal since I had full replacement...I said lawyer in reference to that...I explained that my friend the local state rep's office was going to hand deliver my complaint to the insurance commission and put mine on top of the pile...they Fed Xed the rest priority overnight. I was going back and forth with them for what seemed forever and ever my friend (?) the agent left me high and dry. $500 and a bike sounds very good to me. Good luck. Post Extras
