Someone from Calfee was dealing with Reynolds directly and then relaying the planned schedule to my LBS based on what Reynolds was telling them. The fork has been the only hold up for all of Sep and Oct. The theory I have heard is that Reynolds is focussing on their wheels now and small builders are not getting the service that they are used to from them.
My fork is a Ouzo Pro 40mm rake with an XL steerer. Not something that is normally stocked apparently.
The latest is that they are on track for a Monday Shipment and that my LBS will have it mid week. My fingers are crossed.
I am sure that in a month I will love the ride of the bike so much that I will forget about all of this.
