Re: Anyone tried the Easton EC90 SL or SLX fork?

I got one to replace the trashed Alpha Q when my D-fly was repaired. It is sublime. It weighns next to nothing. It is a real trip-you pick it up and can't belive it. And it doesn't require an expansion plus so that saves yet more weight. You use this headset adjuster and just a little plug to keep the rain out.

It is rather aero too. And it is snappy handling wise. The best fork I've ever had, hands down. And I liked the Alpha Q, although that thing was nowhere near its claimed weight. The carbon tips on the EC90 SLX are great too, very strong. A real great upgrade to make.

The ride quality is good. It damps bad vibes. Very responsive.
