Yo!

First Story --
Of course I've been busy working, and doing the dad thing, and started riding to work since we moved to a new office. Riding in on this thing:
Milwaukee

The only problems with riding to work are:
1. It's too short, 13.5 miles each way, so I want to keep riding soon as I get to work/home
B. All day at work all I can think about is riding home.

Additionl story:

When I wasn't doing all the above keeping me away from here, I'm in the garage having a drink playing with the bikes. Thought you'd like to see the latest project...(it ain't a Calfee

Started with these shimano 105 cranks from my neighbor:

And now I'm here:

Still have the drive arm to polish up. Going to put them on this:

An old Dawes from merry ole england. A friend burned it and then clear coated it. The colors are more intense in real life. Mustache bars...a few other additions it should be a nice around town* bike. Fixed gear, of course. 27 1/4" wheels. Haven't decided if I'll keep those. I messed up the rear trying to redish it to the outter ring of the cottered cranks it had. Oh well, something more to do.
