My wifes 2001 Tetra Pro has this.> On my 94 Carbonframes tetra custom with italian BB, I have one of the old Sweet Wings crankset. As Dave above, a 2mm spacer was what was needed to allow the crank spider to clear the chainstay. The hardest part was finding an BB spacer for italian threads. English bb cup spacing are 1.370" or 34.8mm x 24 tpi, and readily available. However, italian bb spacing is 36mm x 24tpi and is almost impossible to find as nobody makes one.
