I've have spent the last month creaking my way to work and back on a daily basis. It's been like some kind of water torture. I squirted every moving part and had convinced myself that I needed a new bottom bracket. A final desparate web search brought up your message board response. I stood on my pedals... no creak! One quick squirt under my saddle later and once again I can glide to work in peace and I didn't need to dismantle my bottom bracket. Many thanks Post Extras
