I had read somewhere that mounting certain carbon frames on a trainer and really hammering it(out-of-the-saddle sprints, or big gear mashing) during indoor training sessions can cause breakage - but I've never seen or heard of this actually happening. Is this true? Has anyone ever had problems with their Calfee on a trainer? Winter is just around the corner and I just got a fluid trainer.....not sure if I should just mount the steel steed on the trainer for those indoor sessions and leave the carbon for outdoor rides.
