Congrats on owning such nice bikes! From my experiences and what others have said, I think it's more likely the stiffer frame that can feel like it has less snap. I've found with my bikes that the frame that has more give works to make me feels like I'm "getting on top of it" if that makes any sense, and I can get the feedback that makes me feel like I'm really pushing the bike forward. The super stiff bike doesn't move much under me and feels like I can't propel it as well. The sensation doesn't mean you're faster on one bike or another. I think it's the perception that's different. Just me thinking
